Weaving spells

Hi friends,

Summer is flying by at an alarming rate.

Have you camped, swum, or eaten outside enough? No, probably not. Get going!

The reason I’ve been quiet around here this summer is that I’ve been working on cleaning out my parents’ house in Maryland. Saying goodbye to your childhood home is a trip.

The night before I left, I fell asleep weaving a spell that the house would be safe and loved by another family for another 40 years. (Anyone looking for a darling, 1928 historic home with wood floors, glass doorknobs, several huge outbuildings, park-like 1.25 acres halfway between D.C. and Baltimore- lemme know.😊)

Yoga at the Little Temple- Small group yoga with Kristie Dahlia Home has two levels. Evening Series medium-intensity mat practice is offered M/Tu/Th 5:45-7pm. Each session is bespoke based on our check-in; sometimes flowy, sometimes yin. Strong Chair Yoga medium to gentle practice meets Wed 10-11:15am. Dahlia has been teaching for over 30 years and served as a clinician yoga therapist at UCSF Medical Center. First sessions are free so you can feel into the fit!
