What Flowers are in Season in the Early Autumn in Port Townsend?

Autumn is an ideal time for saturated color and texture. It’s the time of rose hips, seed pods, and golden grasses. Dahlias are really the star of the fall, but equally as lovely are black-eyed susans, asters, chrysanthemums, and Japanese anemones.
