What flowers are in season in the early spring?
Here are some of the flowers blooming in early spring (mid-March through mid-April) in the Pacific Northwest. This is not an exhaustive list, but rather a starting point to help you with some ideas and the things I grow on my farm.
Early spring is an ideal time to get married for flowering branches, delicate flower shapes, and scents. Fickle spring weather can make the earliest crops bloom at slightly different times every year. But if you are a true romantic, you won’t be let down by the jewels of spring.
